Friends,
I am sure most of us have received unsolicited calls on our mobile phones at one time or the other - its causes big trouble when you are driving, eating, sleeping etc.
What is the solution ?? How to avoid the trouble caused while at the same time not put anybody's job on the line (after all call centres are contributing greatly to the Nation's economy ??
One simple solution i think would be for these companies to somehow manage to display on the mobiles (where the call is made) - something like "PROMOTIONAL CALL FROM abcd BANK"
Then the user can make the decision whether he wants to answer the call or not. Even the banks will benefit from this, so that they know that the person who answers is intersted to know more and they can proceed accordingly. What say friends ??
